Welcome to the American Institute for Medical Shockwave Providers (AIMSP).  We are the North American alliance of the International Society for Medical Shockwave Therapy (ISMST).

The ISMST is the oldest shockwave society in the world. The ISMST group have created our modern protocols, procedures and the only ICC testing and accredited Certification for ESWT (Radial/Focused) Shockwave in the World.

We held our first ISMST-International Certification Courses (ICC) in ESWT Shockwave, on March 23rd and 24th of 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Thank you to all those who helped make it a success. Our next conference will in be in Las Vegas from August 29th to September 1, 2024.
